Headshot stations are available for booking in half-day (up to four hours) or full-day (up to eight hours) increments. To determine the best option for your event, consider your schedule and the number of people who will need headshots. Each station can typically accomodate up to 20 people per hour.
The headshot station includes multiple images for each participant to choose from and one downloadable image in high resolution format (with files renamed to match the individual's name), a standard commercial usage license, and a lead list with contact information for all participants. Headshots can be delivered either in private galleries for each individual within minutes of being photographed, or as a complete gallery, depending on your preference.
If the number of headshots required or the time constraints of your event exceed what a single headshot station can accommodate, adding an extra station ensures that everyone receives a high-quality headshot within the available time. Additional stations also help minimize wait times for attendees.
The standard rate for your conference headshots includes all the essentials, but you can elevate the experience for your attendees with a range of add-ons. Options such as enhanced retouching or professional hair and makeup services will create a lasting impression that people will be talking about for weeks!

Basic retouching on all downloadable images will enrich the experience for all in attendance. This includes blemish removal, clothing wrinkle reduction and stray hair removal.
This retouching option goes beyond the basics. Each headshot is hand-retouched, including things like glare removal on eyeglasses, background enhancement/replacement, teeth and eye whitening, and soft vignetting, giving the final image a polished look. The cost of this service may be covered by your organization, or you can choose to pass this cost along to the attendee.
To ensure everyone looks their best, you might consider adding a hair and makeup station. This gives attendees the option for a quick touch-up before their headshot, adding exceptional value and improving the final images by smoothing facial shine and taming stray hairs.
