Simple. Timeless. No distractions.
Just beautifully classic portraits where your dog is the undeniable star!

Not just a dog, part of the family
Let's be honest... your dog is really a person with fur and they run the show. They greet you at the door, make bad days better, and are always there through life's everyday moments.
If you ever thought, "My dog won't sit still for photos," I've got great news for you. You're not alone, and they don't have to! These sessions aren't about perfect poses or perfect behavior. They're about capturing the personality, expressions, and little quirks that make your dog who they are.
With a relaxed approach, a little patience, and maybe a few well-timed treats, we'll create portraits that celebrate the spirit of your best friend.
Those gray hairs come quicker than you think, so don't wait to capture the one who means the world to you!

Q: My dog will never win an award for "Best Behaved Dog." Can you still do a session with her?
A: I suggest to clients that have high energy dogs to take them for a long walk shortly before the session. Dogs with this much energy will still be happy and active for their session, but will most likely be calm enough to get some great shots that require them to sit still – even if for brief periods of time.
Q: What if my dog is untrained?
A: No problem...it's more common than you think! That's why I send out a questionnaire before our session, so I can get a sense of your dog's personality, energy level, and any quirks. During the session, I often use a leash to help guide or keep your dog in place, and simply remove it during the editing process. I always work at your dog's pace - no reason to rush the process. I do recommend you bring a handler with you for more than one dog.
Q: If my family and I are in the photos, what do we wear?
A: Not to worry - once you book your session I will send you a preparation and style guide to answer all your questions about what to wear, what to bring, and what to do to prepare.
Q: How can I display my images?
A: Great question! Most clients choose at least one portrait to hang on the wall, and then put more of their favorite images in an album or portfolio box. I’ll help you select the sizes and finishes to complement your home. With any wall portrait purchase, you'll also receive the matching digital file(s), which can be used for archiving, personal printing, and sharing on social media.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my session?
A: My comprehensive style and preparation guide will be sent to you after your session is booked. It's chock full of information to ensure you're fully prepared.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The session fee is due at the time of booking the session to hold your place on the calendar. The session fee is not refundable in case of cancellation, except in the unfortunate situation that your dog passes away or just isn't up for the session due to terminal illness. In all other instances, we can reschedule.
